When will my order be dispatched?
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time, so even though all orders are custom made, you won’t be waiting weeks for your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-10 working days of receipt of order. During busier periods this may take a little longer.
There is not enough space in the box for my personalisation, can I add more?
On occasions we can add extra characters. Please get in contact to check before placing order.
Can I see a preview of my personalised item?
We can show you a preview on certain products. Where we can’t show you, we will use our experience to ensure the design is laid out to the best possible design.
Can I get a refund on personalised items?
There will be no refunds for personalised items unless a mistake has been made by us.
